450 Tel rates are available 24/7 with no additional connection fee or additional setup charge. We will never charge you for calls that do not connect, busy signals or calls that last for less than 6 seconds.

* Rates effective January 1st, 2018. Calls placed to international cell-phones will be charged at a higher rate. Rates subject to change without notice.
